House Robbery ft RAINMAD

A full house robbery job for ESX, QBCore (all versions) and Qbox, built around houses that fight back: every one has a resident asleep in the bedroom, armed with a bat or a gun. Requires ox_lib.

How a Run Plays Out

  1. Gear up: buy a welding machine from the mission NPC, then take the house robbery job from the same NPC. You decide which in-game hours the job can be started.
  2. Find the house: head to the marked area and weld through the keypad.
  3. Rob it: go in alone or bring friends. Every house type has carriable items and corners to search, a private safe locked behind a minigame of your choice, and the houseowner sleeping one room over.
  4. Cash out: bring the loot back to the quest NPC, then sell the stolen items or trade them for other items.

Three House Types, Plus Your Own

rm_houserobbery ships with 3 pre-configured house types: Lowend, Midend and Highend. You can also build entirely new robbable houses, and the docs walk you through it in Creating a House for Robbery. Everything inside a house type is configurable: searchables, collectables, the safe, the resident, plus prices and rewards.

Bridge Support

  • Inventory: ox_inventory, qs-inventory, qb-inventory and other inventory scripts (qb and others need the integration described in the documentation) (bridge/inventory)
  • Target: ox_target, qb-target, qtarget (bridge/target)

  • Item lists and images are included for inventory scripts.
  • Idles at 0.00 to 0.01ms in resmon.

The script uses the FiveM Asset Escrow System, and an open source version is available in the store. Notifications and many other parts ship open and editable (bridge/, locales).
