gfx-help, In-Game Help and Ticket System

Players open a ticket, your staff answer it without leaving the game. gfx-help puts a help center and a live ticket chat directly in your server, so problems get handled while the player is still online instead of sitting in a Discord channel for hours.

Help Topics From One File

All topics, questions and answers live in help.json. Adding a new entry means editing one file, no code changes and no rebuild. Fill it with your server rules, common commands or new player guides and the help menu updates accordingly.

Live Ticket Chat

When the help entries are not enough, players open a ticket and chat with your staff team directly in game. Staff see the ticket, reply in the same chat window, and close the issue on the spot. That back and forth is what makes support fast, the player never has to alt-tab to explain their problem.

Runs Anywhere

gfx-help is framework independent and works on any server, whether you run ESX, QBCore, Qbox or something standalone.
