Free In-game Ticket Manager
A free, all-in-one ticket system that lives entirely in-game, so your staff can handle player reports without ever tabbing out to Discord. Works on both ESX and QBCore servers.
Players open a ticket with a title, message, category and their position, then staff pick it up and reply from inside the city. If the player is online, they get a notification the moment a reply lands or the ticket status changes.
What you can configure
- Webhooks: log ticket activity wherever you want
- Theme: adjust the look to match your server
- Permissions: control who can see and manage tickets
- Categories: a set comes included, and you can add your own
- Statuses: set the color, the label, and whether replies are still allowed per status
- Command: rename the ticket command to whatever fits your server
