Walk away from your car and it locks itself. Walk back and it unlocks before you touch the door handle. That is the whole script, and it behaves like the keyless entry in a real car, right down to the flashing lights and the lock sound that tells you it is secure.

What It Does

  • Auto-lock: step out of range and the vehicle locks on its own, lights flash and a distinguishable lock sound plays.
  • Auto-unlock: approach your car and it unlocks automatically, no buttons needed.
  • Smart lock: if a player is still in the car, it waits until the vehicle is empty before locking.
  • Configurable lock and unlock distance: adjust the range so it feels right on your server.
  • qb-vehiclekeys integration: plugs straight into the QBCore key system you already run.

How To Use It

One command toggles the whole thing: /autolock to activate or deactivate. That is it.

How To Install

  1. Download the script from GitHub.
  2. Drag and drop it into your resources folder.
  3. Add ensure tcz-autolock to your server.cfg.
  4. Start your server and enjoy keyless entry.

No over-the-top customization, just a small, clean utility that makes your vehicles smarter and your server cooler.
