Izzy V7 is a free HUD with its own settings menu, so the layout is not locked to whatever the developer shipped. HUD settings hold 3 status styles and 4 speedometer styles, every element on screen can be repositioned, and the status colors can be changed to match your city.

Speedometer

Speed can be read in KM or MP, whichever your server runs. Speedometer type 2 goes one step further and displays the recorded mileage of cars saved in the data, so a vehicle's usage stays with it.

Performance

The HUD load time is adjustable, letting you set when it initializes and keep it running optimized on your server.
