Pickle's Surgery System

A free surgery script that puts your medics to work on actual patients, not just bandage animations. Doctors can pull a dead player onto the table, resurrect them for the operation, and either save them or lose them if the surgery fails. When a patient dies on the table you can try again or leave them be. Nothing like it has been released for FiveM before, so take part in history and try it out.

Hand Targeting

No menu spam during procedures. You use your hand to grab and interact with props on the table.

Five Surgeries Included

Heart, kidney, lung, arm and leg surgeries ship by default. All five are open to edit, and you can build additional procedures on top of them.

The Tools

  • Scalpel: cuts tendons
  • Saw: cuts bone
  • Syringe: heals bleeding wounds

Training Mode and Rewards

Doctors can rehearse a procedure in Training Mode before attempting it on a real player. Completed surgeries pay out rewards, on live patients and in training:

  • Items
  • Cash
  • XP (uses Pickle XP by default)

Surgeries can be restricted to specific jobs, with more options in the config beyond that.

Requirements

  • ESX (1.1+) or QBCore, or code your own bridge for another framework. The bridge is fully accessible.
  • ox_lib (required, works anywhere)
