JG Mechanic covers tuning, resprays, stance, engine swaps, mileage servicing, dyno runs, invoicing and business management, and it all runs through a mechanic tablet so your mechanics can roam the shop instead of standing on markers. Despite the amount of functionality packed in, resmon sits at 0.0 to 0.1ms outside of heavy client effects.

🔧 Tuning

Every tuning option is available, including the latest DLCs, right down to the 7 new vehicle plate options from Chop Shop. Players browse modifications through a clean UI and either apply and pay themselves, or place an order for a mechanic to install. Previews use automatic camera angles, or a free camera when you want a specific angle. Any tuning option can be disabled via the config.

🎨 Respray

Base GTA colours come with search, primary/secondary sync and a pearlescence toggle, and one click opens RGB selection with millions of possible colours. There are also unique chameleon paints, which can go on the wheels or interior where the vehicle supports it.

💵 Pricing

Price each tuning category separately (performance, cosmetics, wheels, respray and more) with multipliers on top. You can also set prices in proportion to the vehicle's value for a fairer economy, fetched from JG Dealerships, QBShared or vehicles.meta.

🚗 Advanced Vehicle Stance

Adjust suspension height, camber and tracking on a per wheel basis, from the tuning menu or as an item. Stance is fully server synced, highly optimised, and saved when the vehicle is stored or retrieved from a garage. Build cars you previously didn't think were possible in FiveM.

🛠️ Repairs

Choose whether players repair at a tuning location, place an order with a mechanic, use a repair kit, or slap on duct tape for a quick and dirty fix. Repair pricing can scale with the vehicle's value.

🔍 Servicing

Vehicles wear out parts on a mileage basis. After a configurable distance, players must bring their vehicle to a mechanic for inspection and replacement of worn parts to keep it at full performance. Requires jg-vehiclemileage, which is free and included.

🏁 Performance Tuning

Custom tuning options take vehicles beyond stock GTA performance. Out of the box you get engine swaps with matching sounds (V12, V8, V6, I4), plus tyre, drivetrain and brake options. Want more? Create your own performance options in the config and decide how each one affects the vehicle's handling or even its sound. Custom streamed engine sounds are supported.

⚙️ Manual Transmissions

Swap any vehicle's automatic for a manual (electric vehicles excluded). A manual adds skill to everyday city driving, and once mastered it squeezes extra performance from the engine. Shift too late and you'll damage the engine, sending you back to the mechanic sooner. Swaps are performed via the tablet using an item or society money.

📊 Dyno

Built into the tablet, the dyno runs a vehicle through its RPM range over about 30 seconds, showing horsepower and torque as it climbs. When peak performance is reached, the final stats and graph appear and can be shared with the customer or anyone nearby.

🧾 Invoices

While a mechanic installs tunes, NOS or services a vehicle, an invoice builds automatically. The mechanic just enters their prices and sends it to the customer, no notes, no losing track of what was done. Invoices can also be created from scratch, saved for later, resent at a later date, and they sync between all employees of a mechanic business.

💻 Mechanic Tablet

Servicing, dyno, performance tuning, invoices, order fulfilment and business management all live on the tablet, configurable as a command or an item. Connect a vehicle to start work on it, or open the tablet for management without a vehicle attached.

💡 LightingControl+

An inventory item that toggles RGB xenons and underglow, with effects like rainbow and flash. Makes car meets and night driving a lot more fun.

↕️ Car Lifts

No more pretending to use a lift prop. Place the custom, interactable car lift anywhere on the map, automatically job locked to a mechanic business.

🔄 Sync and Performance

Animations and effects are synced to nearby players using state bags on OneSync Infinity, no cool effect only you can see. Because state bags replace unnecessary infinite loops, resmon stays at 0.0 to 0.1ms even on large servers, rising only during heavy client effects like stancing, NOS or LightingControl+.
